1. I have ordered a dress from gownsales.com as stated in the information above.

2. I have verified that all particulars, specifically gown style, sizing and color, are correct; and I understand that I assume sole responsibility for these particulars in the event I am not satisfied with one or more of them when I recieve my gown and so long as the gown matches the above information in all particulars.

3. I understand and accept that all merchandise must be paid in full when I place my order and that there is a $10.00 shipping & handling charge which must be added to my total whether I buy one gown or more; or that if I am shipping to multiple addresses, that I must add $10.00 shipping & handling for each address; or that if I am shipping 3 or more dresses to the same address, that the shipping charge is $20.00.

4. I understand and accept that once gownsales.com receives my payment and places my order, this order cannot be cancelled or changed.
5. If I have requested an extra length, or a size 22 and up, I understand and accept that there is an extra charge added to the cost of the gown and that this charge is quoted to me before I purchase the gown.

6. If I have requested a rush order, I understand and accept that there is an extra charge added to the cost of the gown and that this charge is quoted to me before I purchase the gown.

7. Gownsales.com makes every effort to ensure the merchandise I receive is in perfect condition. Before they ship it to me they check it for defects and they check it to ensure it is exactly as I ordered it. If I uncover something they missed, I have two days from the date I receive my shipment to make a claim.
