Gownsales.com's Bridal Registration Form

Brides who prefer to have their bridesmaids order individually can first register their bridal party with us.  We ask that the bride fill out this form and submit it to us.  This will enable us to make sure that all gown information is correct and that we have the complete bridal party information as well. Once the bridal party is registered, your bridesmaids can then begin to either order online or call us with their order.  They will need to know what size they need and have their credit card information handy.  Once the final bridesmaid has ordered, we will place the order as a whole with the manufacturer.  This will ensure that the manufacturer cuts the gowns together and that the dye lots will match.  Please encourage your bridesmaids to order within a few days of registering your bridal party.  This will allow us to complete the order quickly and help us receive your gowns in a timely manner.

If your bridesmaids are wearing different styles, we recommend phoning in your order to ensure accuracy.

We will contact the bride by E-mail once the order is complete and the gowns have been ordered. When ordering their gowns, please make sure that all bridesmaids use the brides name on the order form as well as their name.
