• We order your merchandise through our full-service bridal salon. We do not have to carry samples or have salespeople to help you or to pay their commissions.
  

Discount & Ordering Policies

• All wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, and others, are new from the manufacturer and made special for you. Depending on the make and availability of each wedding gown, we offer between 20-40% discount on your purchase.
• We accept Checks, Money Orders, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
• All merchandise must be paid in full when you place your order.
• You may pay online using our secure order form, or you may pay over the phone or by mail. If by phone or mail, you must still submit our confirmation form with all the ordering information less credit card information. We cannot process your order without this form.
• Please add a $10.00 shipping & handling charge to your total for US orders. If you are shipping to multiple addresses, add $10.00 shipping & handling for each separate address. If you are shipping three or more gowns to the same address, your shipping charge is $20.00.
• International Shipping charge to one address is: 1 - 3 Bridesmaid gown(s) - $60.00; 4 - 6 Bridesmaid gowns - $75.00; One Bridal gown - $70.00. Call for additional shipping information.
• Once we have received payment and placed your order there are no cancellations or exchanges and payment is not refundable.
• Please note that you are responsible for providing us with the dress style, color, and full sizing information.
• We make every effort to ensure the wedding gown or bridesmaid dresses you receive are in perfect condition. Before we ship them to you we check them thoroughly. If you uncover something we missed, you have two days from the date you receive your shipment to make a claim.
  

Privacy & Security

• Our privacy guarantee: Under no circumstances do we release your credit card or other personal information to a third party. Ever.
• Our security guarantee: Your orders are processed entirely through our secure (SSL) server. Unlike other discount companies, however, our server does not then mail the sensitive information to us for processing. We retrieve it directly from the server through a special encryption program. This means your information is never transmitted over an insecure internet connection because unlike email, it never leaves the secured server.
  

International Duty Charges

• INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE BE AWARE: All imported items are subject to duty charges from your local customs department. To find out what your duty charge would be please contact your local customs dept. in your country. This applies to all orders shipped outside the U.S.A
  

Errors and Omissions Policy

• We reserve the right to change prices, terms, specifications without notice. We endeavor to accurately describe every product offered for sale; however, mistakes can sometimes be made. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in product description, pricing or offers is subject to correction and verification.

Sizing

• Be careful when choosing your size because sizes often vary slightly between manufacturers. Your dress size does not automatically correspond to the manufacturers' sizing, so be sure to use their size charts, not your normal dress size. To help you select the right size, we have included manufacturer's size charts on this website. To see the charts, click here.
• If you are over 5'8" with shoes on, you should request extra length for your wedding gown or bridesmaid dress. Please email us to get a quote on extra length.
• When selecting from standard measurements, be sure to choose the larger one if your size falls between two sizes. This will make alterations possible.
• You must provide the size you would like to order, not your measurements, for us to complete your order. Always choose the size that corresponds to the largest of your three measurements. Thus, if your measurements are 32 (bust), 24 (waist), 34 (hips), then choose a size 6 (which has a 24 waist), even though your bust measurement is for a size 2. Remember that it is much easier to take in a dress than to let it out.
  

Additional Charges

• If you purchase three or more gowns and these are all going to the same address,
  your total shipping charge is $20.00.
• International Orders please email for a shipping & handling quote.
• New York Residents must add an 8.75% sales tax.
